Clean your Temperory files in 5 minutes

 Step 1: press windows key + r and a small run prompt is opend in left side

Step 2: search "temp" in that prompt and delete all the files 

Step 3: again repeat the first step and now search %temp% and delete all files.

Step 4: finally search "prefetch" and delete all the files. 

Now your all Temperory files are deleted
