To solve this problem follow below given steps

Step 1: open "regedit" through run prompt

Press
Windows key + R to open the run prompt

Step 2: Now open "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"

Step 3: Now Open "SOFTWARE" >> "Policies" >> "Microsoft" >> "Windows Defender"

now you will see two files like below

Step 4: Delete the second file named "DisableAntiSpyware"

Step 5: Now Close all the windows and restart you PC/ Laptop
